Product Overview
Unlock the joy of riding for your child with the Hardline Products® Universal Trainer System. Designed specifically for the next generation of riders, this training wheel system bridges the gap between a bicycle and a motorcycle. Whether your child is stepping onto a Razor® MX350 or an Indian eFTR Jr. for the first time, our system provides the critical stability they need to master throttle control and braking before worrying about balance.
Unlike generic “one-size-fits-all” options, our trainer is built to endure the rigors of off-road learning, offering a safe, adjustable, and durable solution that grows with your rider’s skill level.
Key Features & Benefits
- Progressive Learning with “Step-Up” Adjustability Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither is a rider’s balance. Our unique adjustable design allows you to tailor the stability to your child’s progress:
- Stage 1: Lower the wheels fully for maximum stability on uneven terrain.
- Stage 2: Incrementally raise the wheel height as confidence grows.
- Stage 3: Set the wheels to a “safety catch” height, allowing the rider to balance on their own while preventing tip-overs during stops or turns.
- Superior Center-Mount Stability We prioritize safety by mounting our system directly under the motorcycle’s existing foot pegs. This mid-mount engineered design creates a lower center of gravity compared to rear-axle mounted alternatives, offering:
- Enhanced structural integrity that won’t bend under load.
- Better cornering capabilities by allowing the bike to lean naturally without tipping.
- Impact absorption that protects the bike’s chassis and the rider.
- Heavy-Duty “Real World” Construction Forget plastic wheels and flimsy brackets. We use automotive-grade components designed to last:
- Solid Steel Axle: A 5/8″ solid steel axle ensures the system remains rigid and safe.
- All-Terrain Pneumatic Tires: 8-inch pneumatic wheels with 4-ply tires grip dirt, grass, and gravel far better than plastic wheels.
- Sealed Ball Bearings: Maintenance-free bearings that resist corrosion, dirt, and water.
- Grade 8 Hardware: We use only the strongest hardened fasteners and vibration-resistant “Nylock” nuts to ensure everything stays tight.
- Universal & Specific Compatibility While optimized for the Razor® MX350 and MX400, this versatile system fits a wide range of electric models:
- Razor® Dirt Rocket Series: MX125, MX350, MX400, MX450, MX500, MX650, SX500, RSF350/650.
- Other Electric Models: Indian eFTR Jr. and Mini, Rambler 12 & 16, Honda CRF-E2, and more.

It is ok to have an uneven gap between blocks, if you do not have a torque wrench to measure foot lbs. tighten nuts a little at a time, crisscrossing until you can not rotate axle by hand. Make sure to crisscross back and forth tightening each nut and each mount a little at a time until axle does not rotate by hand up or down
