Engineering Highlights
- Precision CVT Tool: Unlike stamped steel OEM tools, our CVT tool is machined from solid 6061 aluminum billet. This manufacturing process ensures high rigidity and a geometry that will not mar or damage the clutch housing during use. The 7.5-inch length provides ample leverage, while the knurled cylindrical handle ensures non-slip operation in wet or muddy conditions.
- Structural Polyamide Mount: The belt holder is constructed from advanced structural polyamide. This material is superior to standard plastics, offering complete resistance to rust and corrosion while withstanding UV exposure and chemical contact (fuel/oil).
- Tool-Free Accessibility: The mounting system utilizes large, non-corrosive thumbscrews, allowing for the installation and removal of the belt without any external tools.
