Instructions for Use
Preparation:
- Always use the Rollastand™ on a flat, level surface (e.g., concrete driveway or garage floor).
- Ensure the motorcycle ignition is OFF and the transmission is in NEUTRAL.
For Rear Wheel Maintenance:
- Position: Place the Rollastand™ a few inches in front of the rear tire, ensuring the rollers are perpendicular (at a right angle) to the tire.
- Mount: Take the weight off the side stand and manually roll the bike forward. You will feel a slight bump as the tire rides over the first roller.
- Secure: Allow the tire to rest in the “saddle” between the rollers. Rest the bike on its kickstand with the steering locked fully to the left.
- Pro-Tip: For heavier bikes, straddle the motorcycle while rolling it onto the stand for better control.
- Adjust: If the lean angle feels excessive, place a small wood block under the kickstand to level the bike.
- Rotate: Rotate the wheel by hand to clean or lube the chain. If the tire drifts, reposition the Rollastand™ slightly to align it perfectly with the tire’s rotation path.
For Front Wheel Maintenance:
- Position: Place the Rollastand™ approximately 15 inches in front of the front tire, aligned perpendicular to the wheel.
- Mount: Roll the bike forward until the front tire settles between the rollers. Keep the handlebars straight.
- Rotate: Rotate the front wheel by hand for cleaning. Correct any drift by slightly adjusting the handlebar angle or the position of the stand.
